Home DVD to Digital

Payment Policy

Payment Methods

I aim to make payment simple and flexible for local clients and mailed-in projects alike, with a few easy options depending on what works best for you.

Cash is welcome for local pickup, dropoff, and in-person delivery arrangements.
Checks are accepted for clients who prefer a traditional payment option.
Venmo & Apple Pay offer a quick digital payment method for deposits and final balances.

Deposit and Final Payment

A 50% deposit is required for large projects when your media is first collected or your project is officially booked. The remaining 50% is due when your final product is complete and ready for delivery.

The initial deposit secures your project time and allows work to begin.
Final files, USB delivery, or return of completed project materials will be provided once the remaining balance is paid.
If your project changes in scope, any updated pricing will be discussed clearly before additional work is completed.
Questions about payment timing or method are always welcome before we get started.
